We have been staying at the Orleans since it opened in 1996 and other than staying a free night or two at its sister property, The Gold Coast, decided it is the only place we will stay in LV-in fact, it's the main reason we would come to LV. All in all, it was a pleasant stay, and we would stay here again. This would make for much cleaner pillows, whereas the zippered pillow case would only need to be washed. Interesting that the don't put their pillows in a zippered pillow case before they put the bed set pillow cases on the pillows. The bedding is new, but two of the six pillows were badly stained - we put them in the clothes hanging area. While these are small issues, they did ask, and they didn't do anything about them. When we left five days later, the debris was still in the same place. Housekeeping did stop by to ask about how we liked out room and we said fine, but we pointed out our few housekeeping issues and she noted them on her clipboard. We discovered some chips, nuts, and a few coins near the desk. They do have some issues with housekeeping in that areas around the desk, under the chairs, etc., never seem to get cleaned. Bathroom and shower were spotless as was most of the room. Haven't been here in a couple of years but had good experiences in the past.
